Our Terms & Conditions

 1. When a holiday let is accepted a deposit of 10% should be sent via Paypal or Bank Transfer at the time of booking. Please note there is a 3% surcharge for using Paypal and bank charges may be applicable for bank transfers

2.  The balance of payment should be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.If full payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation. 

3.  Deposits are non refundable. Balance Refunds will only be refunded if we manage to re-let the property.  We strongly recommend that Holiday Insurance is taken out to cover the cost of your holiday.

4.   Weekly Holiday lets for Thistle, Heather and Bramble run from 16.00hrs Saturday to 10.00hrs Saturday, and for Bracken and Rowan weekly  lets are from 16.00hrs Friday to 10,00hrs Friday unless specifically arranged and agreed otherwise.

5.  Weekend/Short Break Holiday lets run from 16:00hrs arrival time and 10:00hrs departure time unless specifically arranged or agreed otherwise.

6. If a lodge is reserved at a discount tariff for a specified number of guests and the total number of persons exceeds the agreed tariff an additional fee will be charged.

7. The number of guests must never exceed the number that each lodge is designed to cater for.

8.  Pets. Two well behaved dogs are  acceptable, however all fouling must be removed, any damage paid for or rectified. Pets must be kept on a lead whilst on site and in the vacinity of the farm and must never be left unattended in the lodges.

9.  The Holiday Let should be maintained in the same condition, as when the holiday commenced. The property and all fitments, furniture, utensils and equipment etc, must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the holiday let. In order to maintain our high standards all  damage and breakages must be reported and paid for prior to departure. Your co-operation in these matters are very much appreiciated.Please Note: There is a Non Smoking Policy inside the Lodges. 

10. New for October 2010, Purpose Built Loch Side Access. The Great Glen Lodges will not be liable for injury caused by neglegent use of this facility.

Caution must be taken and children must be under adult supervision at all times.
