We stayed in thistle lodge in September 2009. We booked with some trepidation as the previous year we had a booked a lodge elsewhere and it was devastingly disappointing.
Our worries were put to rest as soon as we arrived and met Claire. both claire and Ian were superb and showed us round Thistle lodge. It was awesome and truely was "luxury". Claire made us most welcome and helped settle us in.
The surrounding area is breathtaking and very peaceful. You are in a central location to tour the highlands of Scotland.
The pinemartins are great. Our little boy loved watching them coming to feed every night.
I would recommend Claire and Ian's Lodges to anyone.

Thank you for a great time in the lovely warm and cosy Heather lodge in February/March 2009. There was lots to see and do despite the dreek weather and the peace and quiet was magic. The visit from the Pine Martens was the cherry on top of the cake. We'll be back. |
