Animals - Do you allow Pets?
We are happy to allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs in each chalet. Please contact us for details. Please note dogs are charged at £15 each, payable on arrival.
How far is the nearest Pub?
The nearest Pub is at the marina by laggan locks, known as the Eagle Inn on the water. It is a converted dutch barge and is one and a half miles away.They also do fantastic sea food, but you need to book at least 24hrs in advance.(07789858567)
How long will it take to get to Skye?
Because of our central location, Portree the capital of Skye can be reached in one and a half hours.
Shopping - Where can I get supplies?
There is a local shop 3 miles from the lodges, supplying everyday food items and other necessities. Other shops are located in Spean Bridge, and further on, Fort William (26 miles south). For large shops, Inverness is 46 miles to the north. Alternativly if you wish, you can Email your requirments to us and we will purchase goods for payment on arrival.
Where is the nearest Ski slope?
Aonach Mor in the Nevis range is our closest Ski slopes (15 miles)Here you will find Ski lifts and the Snow Goose restaurant on the slopes. The season can last from December until March.
Are Laundry facilities available?
Yes, a new coin operated facility with washing machine and tumble dryer is on site.
